Acceptable Use

ChoozIM is a consent‑first community. Treat others with respect.

• No harassment, hate, discrimination, threats, exploitation, or doxxing.
• No illegal activity, solicitation, scams, or impersonation.
• No non‑consensual content, including nudity or sexual content involving anyone under 18.
• No content that violates third‑party rights or our community guidelines.
• Respect posted boundaries and the preferences of others. “No” means no.

Matching & Interactions

• Matching and discovery features are best‑effort and not guarantees of compatibility or outcomes.
• Use built‑in tools (block, report) to curate your experience and to notify us of violations.
• Exercise caution when sharing personal information or meeting in person.
• We may limit daily actions (e.g., likes) to promote healthy engagement and deter abuse.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant ChoozIM a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
• You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate the rights of others.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or our guidelines.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid features (if available) are billed as described at purchase. Taxes may apply.
• Some plans renew automatically until you cancel. See your app store or account settings for renewal and cancellation controls.
• Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable once the billing period begins.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

Intellectual Property

• The Service, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and designs, is owned by ChoozIM or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or by written permission.

Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account closure from settings or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the Service.
• Some provisions (e.g., IP rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, arbitration/venue if applicable) survive termination.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not control user behavior and are not responsible for user content or offline interactions.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChoozIM and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, the limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
